GIS/Mapping Division

 

A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a combination of data, software, hardware and skilled personnel that, when combined, allows us to visualize and analyze geographic data to make informed decisions.  Geographic Information System services provided by the GIS/Mapping Division include:

  • Collecting and maintaining road inventory
  • Maintaining road closure map
  • Produce maps for county departments
  • Maintain updated drone imagery
  • Analyze geospatial data
